Hanging plate tree Christmas decoration - made from vintage plates! [Ct-01]

Handmade from vintage plates, this tree ornament is something a bit different to what you'd usually see! 

The decoration can be hung for seasonal periods such as on a Christmas tree, or just around your home as a year-round handmade treasure. 

The plates used for this make are sourced from broken, unloved, and unwanted plates purchased or donated to the maker, who arranges, shapes, grinds, and drills them to make these beautiful and wholly unique pieces. The plates are a combination of pattern or picture plates made from bone china, porcelain, stoneware, and/or ironware. 

The pieces are held together using gold coloured wire, and topped with a curling and adjustable wire 'S' for hanging. The ribbon adds the final touch to the tree. 

Each piece is set, but more trees are available in the Luesday shop.
